FIRST TIME LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
Compass Employees:
  • Your Username is your country prefix + employee number + suffix if any (e.g. AU1234 or AU1234A).
  • Your Password will be your Date of Birth (e.g. 23/02/1986) in DD/MM/YYYY format. Please ensure you include the forward slashes.
  • You will be required to reset your password after your initial login. Password requirements are;
    • Password must be at least 7 characters long
    • Password must be at least 1 numeric character
    • Password must be at least 1 uppercase character
    • Password must not match or contain first name
    • Password must not match or contain last name
    • Password must not match or contain your user ID
